Hi, I’m Alexandra. I’m a natural born witch who was also born a seer. I used to think I needed to hide my powers, that they weren’t really powers at all. I thought I needed to stay quiet rather than being the “weird one.”
But even while I was hiding I had a deep desire to channel my internal power through magic. I wanted to learn to cast spells in a way that would be life changing and transformational. I could feel magic present in the world and I wanted a way to connect with it.
Let’s start from the beginning:
A little over ten years ago I began to find the courage to follow my desire to learn spellcraft.
I had just finished five years of training as a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. While I adored this training and was passionate about teaching it, I felt something was missing.
Something specifically with my ability to manifest in the way I desired. I had done all of this healing work, and it was incredible, but I still hadn’t found what I was really craving.
After a little internal searching, I realized what I had been wanting all along was to learn the art and skill of magic. The ability to manifest my desires into physical reality through magical procedure.
This rang true in every bone in my body and sent me headlong into a journey determined to find out the secrets and truth about magic.
Deep inside I knew magic was real. As a seer who had studied Sufi traditions and grown up around Hoodoo in the South, I’d experienced my fair share of things out of the “ordinary.” But magic still existed as this intangible thing that was difficult to describe and even harder to communicate what it was I was trying to find.
I’d know I was a witch since I was three years old. I had a strong natural capability, but I’d never been trained and while my Reiki training had honed my skills in the spiritual realm and given me confidence to talk about them – I still had a yearning for something that felt very innate.
After a few midnight sessions of research, I finally came to the question I had . . .
And then I stumbled upon a book that changed my life.
It was a book on spells, but different than other books I’d found.
It wasn’t Wiccan. It was obscure, but I knew the way she talked about energy she understood how it worked.
As my friends and loved ones will tell you, I don’t do anything on a surface level. I dove deep into everything spellcraft had to offer.
I cast spell after spell, sometimes multiple spells in an evening (talk about a spell hangover!) for everything I wanted to create.
Sometimes the spells would go great, other times they would cause confusion for myself or others, some left me in complete emotional upheaval, and others downright backfired.
I learned so much, but to be honest it was a bit of a rough road. I had learned other forms of magic and witchcraft from mentors and I desperately wanted a mentor for casting spells.
I felt an innate power within me AND around me that I now know to be real.
I kept following the thread until it surprisingly led me to writing my PhD dissertation in Jungian and Archetypal Psychology on Spellcraft: the way spells work psychologically and how to use them to manifest in the physical realm.
Through this I learned about the powerful energies underlying spells and how to connect with them in a way that created a deeper spiritual connection with nature than I could ever have imagined.
This connection and partnership is the deep desire I’d felt all my life.
I became confident in my ability to cast, but also in my own natural gifts as a witch. I feel free to be myself, but more than that ~ I no longer feel alone in the world. I feel connected to the power I had been born into and internally craved.
And I know how it works! What causes it to be successful, what has it backfire or fail, what causes it to heighten to the next level.
I’m no longer searching, but manifesting and practicing as a powerful practitioner.

Imagination: Possibly the most important aspect of Spellcraft. You will learn the purpose of imagination within spells and how to use it in your spell to have your spell return to you the way you want. The Four Elements: Air, Fire, Water, Earth ~ the four elements are intimately involved in your Spellcraft practice. This week is all about integrating the four elements into your life physically, spiritually, internally and externally. You will also learn an exercise to scry with fire!
MODULE FOUR
Animism: I love this module! You will step into a way of viewing the world that has magic be a part of your every day experience. Speak with the spirits, deepen your relationship with nature, learn how to breath life into your spell and create your spell as a sacred communication.
MODULE FIVE
Synchronicity: This module brings it all together. We take it to the next level. This is where we enter the world beyond worlds and the veil lifts. Collapse space and time, quantum leap, create your own signature vibration. These are the secrets to a profound, life altering practice.
MODULE SIX
Ritual: In this module you will learn how to focus and direct the energy of your spell in a way that you are protected and grounded. How to create sacred space and sacred time. Your body becomes a part of your spell and you step into a sacred container of creation.

Alexandra Candler holds a PhD in Jungian and Archetypal psychology, the field of psychology that approaches the unconscious.
She wrote her dissertation on Spellcraft as an Alchemical Practice which explores the psychological aspects of how Spellcraft works, how to practice Spellcraft as Alchemy, and bringing a spiritual and physical practice together in a divine partnership with Nature.
Before entering her doctoral work Alexandra trained for five years as a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. She is a seventh generation Usui Reiki Master, the branch of Reiki which in Japan is referred to as Usui touch. Her undergraduate work in Cultural Anthropology led to a study of the transformational aspects of Sufism and the magic branch of that tradition.
Alexandra is a seer whose first memories of this are as a crawling infant. She has been practicing magic since her childhood in the southern portion of the United States and Spellcraft for over ten years. She creates her home in Bainbridge Island, WA with her husband, puppy, and black cat familiar, Alcus ~ while traveling and exploring the world often.

Absolutely! If you have no experience in magic or spells this course is a great place to start because it will support you in cultivating the way of being of a powerful practitioner, as well as give you the tools to create the foundation for your practice.
What if I already practice Spellcraft? Will I benefit from this course?
Yes. This course is designed to teach you the psychology behind Spellcraft and how it actually works so that you can take your practice deeper and become even more confident and secure in your abilities. A couple of the modules may be review for you, however you can use them to take you deeper. Other modules will support you in expanding your practice and consciousness within it.
Is this program only for witches?
Definitely not. Spellcraft can be practiced as a manifestation tool as well as an aspect of the craft of witchcraft.
